This is my 3rd appointment here each time I have had to wait around 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, although its not the end of the world for me, it's not what i would expect from a private care service.

The quality of care I have received is good as are the wait times. There no areas where i think they could improve.

The care I have received here at Spire has been exemplary. From the reception and admin staff that helped book my appointments and treatment to the consultants and nurses who have provided my care, they have all provided a high standard of care. The environment is clean and relaxed and I provided with a private room.

I had an appointment with my consultant within a month of being referred. I have been kept very well informed about the procedure I am due to have. They have provided me with letters to and booklets to take home and read with lots of useful information and pointed out contact numbers I may need to use. I feel confident that the procedure and after care I will receive here will be excellent.

Excellent quality of care, the consultant spent a lot of time explaining things to me in great detail. Communication from the hospital has been excellent, very clear and timely.

I only had to wait 3 weeks from point of referral which I was very happy with. The consultant I have seen today spoke to me with such respect and dignity. It's also a very pleasant environment to be in and puts you at ease.

The quality of care here is excellent! They allow me so much time with the consultant so I don't feel rushed and get to ask everything I need.
