Efficient

I had a knee op here a month ago. The procedure went very well and I was happy with the after care I received however I recently started to experience some pain, I called my GP thinking I would need to be re-referred into the system but was told to call my consultant here at Spire. I called on Wednesday, I received a telephone appointment with my consultant on Thursday and I have been in and received treatment today (Friday)!

Great care and small touches like staff asking how I am today and offering me a drink etc make it a pleasant experience.

very pleasantly surprised

I was called from the waiting room for my appointment by a nurse who used my full name, asked me how I was and introduced herself to me. She explained where she was taking me and how long I should expect the test I was having would take. I was very pleasantly surprised by this.

Excellent experience

My experience at Spire has been excellent, from every stage of procedure and admission I have been guided through the hospital from one department to another. The communication has been excellent and efficient and at no point have i been uncertain about anything that was taking place with my health.

excellent facilities

Excellent facilities, they have everything you could possibly want whilst staying in hospital. The nursing staff on the ward were not only caring but personable and friendly and it felt like they had all the time in the world for me.

I have received great support from the dermatologist here who I have been under for a couple of years now. She always remembers small details about what we discussed in my previous appointments.
