Could you become a trustee for Healthwatch?

Healthwatch is a well established and respected part of the health and care system across Calderdale and Kirklees.

We are seeking new members as Community Representatives to our board of trustees.

  • Do you have a passion and commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of local communities?
  • Do you believe that listening to what people, patients and carers of all ages want and need from local health and care services is a good way to improve services?
  • Are you able to work as part of a team?
  • Do you want to share and develop skills?

Then, we’d like to hear from you!

We are looking for new trustees who understand how health and care services work and can bring additional knowledge on a range of topics, e.g. finance, planning and community engagement. We are also keen to hear from people who have a good understanding of health in BAME communities.
