We are recruiting
Healthwatch Kirklees and Healthwatch Calderdale are recruiting for an Engagement and Information Officer to work across Kirklees and Calderdale. Initially this will be a 12 month contract with the potential to be extended into a permanent position.
We are looking to employ someone who is keenly interested in helping people to have their say about NHS and social care services, and wants to make a difference to the way health and care is delivered across Calderdale and Kirklees.
At Healthwatch Kirklees and Healthwatch Calderdale, we encourage all our staff to be involved with the different elements of our work – from supporting the delivery of our advice and information service, to engaging with the public to gather their views on health and social care services, interpreting data, writing reports and identifying important issues for Kirklees and Calderdale residents and helping to raise awareness of these.
We are looking to work with people who are caring, compassionate, good communicators, team players, and who are passionate about making sure that people’s views and voices count.
Please take some time to read our job description and person specification (below), then complete the application form and equality and diversity monitoring form and return to clare.costello@healthwatchkirklees.co.uk
