Better health for yourself and others
There is currently a growing emphasis on self-care and self-management of health. We would like to ask males how you manage your health and wellbeing, how confident are you doing this and what barriers you face when it comes to improving and maintaining your health and wellbeing.
Above, is myth-busting with the help of one man. We want to get the big picture and would love to hear more views from men in Calderdale and Kirklees. Please email email@example.com if you would like to be involved in our project, and we will contact you for more information. Or let us know what’s working for you and what isn’t and what you think could be done better in our latest survey. We make sure NHS and social care managers hear you and use your feedback to improve care for everyone.
