CHANGE are working on a project funded by Comic Relief which is looking at making mental health services more inclusive for people with learning disabilities, autism, or both. They are also working with an organisation called Richmond Fellowship.
If you have had a mental health problem CHANGE would like to hear about your experiences to see how services can be better.
If you are interested in sharing your experiences, please fill out the questionnaire attached.
This information will help CHANGE find out what works well and what can be improved. It is very important to hear your view.
Please send your questionnaire back by the end of February 2017.
