Calling all Calderdale 9 to 25-years-olds – it’s time to have your say on your mental health
Children and young people are being urged to have a say about mental health in Calderdale.
This anonymous survey is for children and young people to help develop and improve Calderdale’s mental health agenda.
Your Voice Matters but is only heard if you take part in this survey.
What you say will be taken very seriously by adults from the Council, NHS and lots of local services.
In the past the voice of children and young people has led to the creation of the OpenMinds Calderdale website and resources which offer support, advice and suggestions on how to get through a tough time, as well as helping improve local mental health services.
