Can never get through by phone.
I am disabled and it kills me to walk right round the back. Can never get an appointment. Won’t let me have access to my medical notes. I am housebound/bedridden and they won’t take prescription orders over the phone. The new system has stopped me using NHS App and also the new system App, both don’t work anymore. Manager never available and doesn’t seem to be able to manage the clinic efficiently and timely. I’ve complained in writing several times, changes nothing. The service offered is diabolical. I know it’s not the reception staffs fault, the orders come from higher up!
