Thankfully not a patient
Took my father here last week, as he is a registered patient. Nightmare. Rude and uninterested receptionist. I then had to explain to her how the nominated pharmacy thing works for prescriptions as she couldn't get her head around the concept of it being sent electronically to them. The two people in the queue in front also were getting annoyed at her incompetence so I know it can't just be me. Thankfully convinced my father to change surgeries.
