Poor duty or care
Multiple issues. Misdiagnosed and symptoms ignored. Had other helthcare professional tell them it's not what they think and me ringing them multiple times to get a referral. No awaiting surgery. Unhelpful staff of the phone. Made me wait a while hour ( I'm the first appointment of the day) with a newborn to realise the nurse isn't here. Go only letting phone ring once before hanging up, no chance to accept the call. Poor duty of care when explaining of ill I am, was told by the staff that the matter has been closed even though i havent spoken to the dr yet, found that strange. Was not bothered and told to ring back tomorrow. Ended up ringing 111 who advised an emergency ambulance
