Long queue on the phone

I have no issue when seen, but booking an appointment can take a long time when you call in the morning. I have a pay as you go phone and once ran out of credit waiting so I got cut off. I did register for Patchs (online) but you cannot get an appointment then and it's not easy to use.
Quick response to child's needs

I called about my child and a rash that developed quickly. I had done the glass test and it went away so I felt reassured it wasn't life-threatening, I called the surgery and explained and they got my child in the same day, did some observations and then sent for tests for allergies which came back as needing more exploring. We are now seen at LGI for food allergy testing. I felt my initial concerns were taken seriously and dealt with well afterwards.
Well organised and welcoming Flu vaccination

My husband and I attended for flu jabs. Impressed with the covid safe organisation and friendly staff. They fitted me in without an appointment as we are both eligible.
We have really appreciated the caring, responsive service from the whole team at Rydings Hall over the past 5 years with our various complex health issues.
