Phones take forever to be answered but the care is good. My English isn't the best so I ask for my daughter to come with me or sometimes she makes the appointment for me as she can explain things better and they are always OK with this.

Phone calls don't get answered.

I ring first thing in the morning at 8:00 am but still find I am in a long queue. I usually end up having to hang up the call after half an hour of waiting as it clashes with the school run. When I call back later in the morning I am told it's too late and all appointments have been filled.

I was told I would get a call back from the doctor and had to wait a week for my call to be returned.

After waiting a very long time waiting for the phone to be answered I was told I would get a call back from a Doctor but this didn't happen and I had to call them again the next day and wait again for my call to be answered.

Phone lines too busy

To get an appointment we have to call at 8am only to be held in a queue for up to an hour! Then when the phone is eventually answered we are old there are no appointments and just told to ring back the next day and we are stuck in the same situation.

12 hour wait for callback

12 hour wait for callback rang after 6pm and apparently Doctor is behind. I've wasted a full day waiting around for a phone call that hasn't happened !

The treatment is outstanding and very supportive and admin staff very helpful I and doctor and nurses treat you so caring and genuinely care about thank you lister lane for making a difference and supporting your patients

Visited to obtain information

Visited to get a copy of medical notes and the staff were more concerned about payment for the copies of information rather than helping. Very unhelpful and unfriendly
