Following the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) asked Healthwatch in Kirklees and Calderdale to support them to embed patient feedback in their maternity journey. We worked with CHFT to help them improve the way they gather feedback and to look at how they can use feedback as a way to improve maternity services.
