I represent a mental health service user who uses this surgery & the attached pharmacy. They both made multiple repeated mistakes with her weekly medications & blamed each other when contacted. I had to threaten to make a complaint to the CCG before things improved. A conversation with the Practice Manager identified that specialist out patient clinic correspondence was being scanned onto IT system without a Doctor or medical Practitioner reading them. The issue was finally resolved by moving weekly medicine deliveries to another pharmacy.
