Spring Hall Group Practice

Springhall Group Practice Waited almost 4 hrs for a call back!!! Then another 6 hrs and STILL my prescription hasn't been written.....this doctors surgery is incompetent.

I have a long-term condition and I feel this surgery is helpful with it. The doctors know my issue so I don't need to keep telling them.
I have a review every 6-9 months but have been seen in between reviews when I felt I needed to be.
The doctors are nice and explain what they mean to me.
I am 17 and attend with my mum mostly but I feel they talk to me rather than to my mum.

Multiple issues.
Misdiagnosed and symptoms ignored. Had other helthcare professional tell them it's not what they think and me ringing them multiple times to get a referral. No awaiting surgery.
Unhelpful staff of the phone.
Made me wait a while hour ( I'm the first appointment of the day) with a newborn to realise the nurse isn't here.
Go only letting phone ring once before hanging up, no chance to accept the call.
Poor duty of care when explaining of ill I am, was told by the staff that the matter has been closed even though i havent spoken to the dr yet, found that strange. Was not bothered and told to ring back tomorrow. Ended up ringing 111 who advised an emergency ambulance

They do not listen to you.

My experience at my surgery (Southowram) was brilliant dr price gave me a good examination and I felt like I have finally got somewhere. The covid procedure was fantastic dr wiped all doors for me before exit and entrance. Brilliant I felt so safe.

Over a dozen phone calls ignored over 5 week period, promises of call backs do not happen, emails acknowledged but unanswered, hard copy letter sent, no reply. Weeks of trying to talk to a Doctor, zero communication back.

Every time we order medicines for our child who is got life threatening conditions these people that work in this surgery especially the staff dealing with priscriptions they don’t care doing them medicines on time they don’t even give s........ might be that medicine is live saving for some one. And when you go to pick it up they don’t even know what have they looking for and when you ring them up the staff ect like they are the doctors and if you want to speak to doctors it’s impossible. Am really sorry things are very difficult for us all ready but this surgery is makeing every thing very difficult for us very very careless they don’t care about your time if you are waiting to see receptionist even though if they are doing nothing but they still gonna make you wait at lest few minutes And then they act they are the one the running the surgery really sorry I have been very deeply upset and sad never wrote anything bad for anyone in my all life but for these yes cause I didn’t know who to go and complain
