Father went here due to dementia but kept falling and started sundowning, all they could say was they were short staffed and could we take him to a and e ourselves
After another visit to a and e after a fall they refused to have him back.
Got the impression he was too hard work and they didn't want the bother
Has settled totally in new home and has not fallen and has a lot more care
