Asked about registering as a NHS patient
I popped in to see if I could register as a NHS patient, as I have cracked a tooth, but the staff at reception were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and finishing the tea/coffee. After the brief two minute wait, for them to finish I arrived at reception to ask, if they were taking on NHS patients, I received no real indication as to whether they were or not, nor was I asked what my problem was. Instead the member of staff gave the usual spiel of what paid services they could offer. I personally wouldn't be asking for NHS dental services if I could afford for private services. I'm am reluctantly giving them 1 star for staff attitude, waiting time and quality of care because its the lowest mark I can give, the reality of the services they offered to myself, even the 1 star is too high
