Bad customer service

Always cancelling appointments due to staff shortages. When you start treatment dentists always seem to leave before completing

No Need to be afraid

I have been a patient here for about 5 years now and am very pleased with the service I receive. The town centre location is very convenient and booking an appointment hasn't been a problem so far. I am always put at ease and my treatment is always explained to me clearly. I'm given time to settle and the staff check on me regularly when carrying out procedures. I don't worry about coming and go home happy.
