Difficult to speak to someone
Had an appointment during lockdown and was informed I would be placed on a waiting list and be contacted for treatment. This never happened. I then rang and booked an appointment and was left feeling rather concerned that according to the receptionist my records were incorrect. I didn't attend the appointment due to 1. Been concerned 2.unwell. I couldn't get through on the phone they have no answer machine in place and after numerous attempts to call I gave up. Considering you can only see a dentist on certain days this makes it difficult to attend. I then call to apologise and ask am I still registered and am met with a receptionist who tells me if I am that bothered that I thought my details were wrong I should go find another dentist. Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of the receptionist who then tried to deny telling me to go elsewhere and due to the distress of her attitude I ended a call. Now left in pain with no dentist.
