They frequently don't answer phone.

I frequently have to try over 10 times before anyone answers. My prescriptions are dealt with electronically
as I'm disabled; my husband collects my medicines and they frequently have items missing. This means my husband who works 45 hours a week has to again and pick up medications that they didn't have in stock.
