Reassurance during difficult times

August 4, 2020

The carers supported my elderly relative during the current pandemic when I was also shielding- this gave me great reassurance. Communication is great and the staff were well equipped with PPE. They were kind compassionate nurturing and thorough allowing me to relax a little.
