Calder Community Practice



Chaotic practice: dangerously disorganised

At my last appointment, patients had been booked in from 8.45am when the nurse would not arrive until 9am. The treatment I received triggered PTSD, for which I required trauma counselling. I was told test results would take 3-4 weeks and the actual wait was 8-10 weeks. I found this out for myself when the practice gave me a hospital phone number in error to chase the results myself. I was told results would come by letter and they actually came by text. Had to chase my complaint about all this repeatedly: it is now over 4 months since the incident and it is still not completely resolved. I will never use this practice again for any reason.
