After repeatedly having to ring them about my mum not being given her medication, even though it was the only real need stated in her care plan, it still continued, and the management never once called me back to make sure it was put right. They did my mums evening call before tea time to save time and money, even though they had half an hour for every call but never stayed more than ten minutes, sometimes five. We gave them more than a few chances, but the messages weren't getting through. I told them that this was a safeguarding issue and should be reported to them as I have asked for the bill to be put on hold, but nothing has been done. So CQC is my next option.
