NHS Trust wants feedback about community, mental health and learning disability services it provides

The organisation that provides community, mental health and learning disability services is seeking views about changes it made during Covid-19 pandemic.

The South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) is a specialist NHS Foundation Trust serving the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.

During the pandemic all NHS services had to adapt and find new ways of working.  The Trust wants your help us understand how well it has done and wants feedback.

All responses are anonymous and the survey is open until 31 March 2022.

Patients and family/friends/carers are welcome to provide feedback.
